We want you to love your Auremia pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Refunds

We offer refunds on full-priced items that are:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used, damaged, or opened products (unless faulty)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked “Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@auremia.shop within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will repair, replace, or refund depending on stock availability.

 

Returns Policy — Auremia

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • In perfect condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at hello@auremia.shop with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Australia Standard: 2–6 business days
  • Australia Express: 1–3 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on your region)

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

What if my parcel is lost?

Contact hello@auremia.shop and we’ll contact the carrier to investigate.
If the carrier confirms it’s lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.

What if my parcel says ‘Delivered’ but I didn’t receive it?

Please check with neighbours or your local post office first.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders marked as “Delivered,” but we will always try to help resolve the situation.

Can I return an item?

Yes — full-priced items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Do you accept refunds on sale items?

No, sale and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Email us immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can change it.
Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Send photos and your order number to hello@auremia.shop within 7 days.
We’ll make it right.
